PLOT
The second installment of Harukanaru Toki no Naka de is set 100 years after the first. Due to a power struggle between the emperor and the retired emperor, Ky, which is similar to Kyoto in the Heian period, is in upheaval. The residents of Ky are becoming desperate and dread the end of the world. Karin, a contemporary high school student, is called upon to serve as the Ryjin no Miko that will preserve Ky. However, the eight men chosen as Karin's Hachiy do not think that Karin is actually the Miko because there is already a Ryjin no Miko in Ky who has been acknowledged by the retiring emperor.
